Job Summary
As a Guest Service Agent, (Neighbourhood Hosts) you are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, as Neighbourhood Hosts. We recognise that the whole team are hospitality professionals that want to deliver the best experience to the guests, so why limit yourself to just one area. We want you to bring out your passion and deliver the service pillars of celebrating individuality, discover our neighbourhood and neighbourhood connection.

- You are genuine, authentic and bring your individual creativity & flair to the role.
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Passionate about guest experience and local knowledge
- You'll be dealing with a variety of people, so your communication will be adaptable. You'll be a brilliant communicator - consistently clear and concise
