Quest Palmerston is now seeking a Guest Service Sales Agent to join its enthusiastic and successful team on a Causal basis (15 - 22 hours per week).
The position involves all aspects of front office reception, including providing outstanding and personalised customer service in all facets of the role.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the follow traits:
- Passion for customer service
- Strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities.
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely high standard of personal presentation
What do you need to be successful:
- Previous front office/reception experience is highly regarded, however if you have extraordinary customer service skills, we can teach you the rest.
- Experience with sales and industry qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Must be available to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
