The RoleCustomer focused position, greeting and assisting guests with arrivals, check ins and information during their stay. Working across reservations and with the other departments to ensure an exceptional experience for our guest.
Skills & Experience- Experience within the hospitality industry preferred
- RMS experience or comparable Reservation Booking System is an advantage
- Computer literacy, in particular MS Office
- Well-presented and organised
- Great people and relationship-building skills
- A flexible attitude to work roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Current drivers license essential
- Working in the beautiful Australian outback
