The award winning Sebel Melbourne Docklands is looking for its next superstar Guest Service Agent to join us on a Full-time basis. Joining a small team of Front Office professionals, the GSA will be responsible for check in and check out procedures, handling guest enquiries including providing information about the local area and tourist attractions and ad-hoc duties as directed by leadership.
To be successful in Guest Service Agent role, you will need:
- Ongoing and unrestricted working rights in Australia
- At least One year experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Previous experience with Opera PMS is beneficial
- Great empathy and communication skills with a customer first mindset
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
To be successful in Front-Office Team Leaderrole, you will need:
- At least 2 years experience with Accor background
- Opera PMS knowledge is Essential
- Great empathy and communication skills with a customer first mindset
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Ongoing and unrestricted working rights for Australia
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Available on Weekends and Public holidays
