This entry level position requires an outgoing personality and confidence in dealing with key stakeholders. Candidates must have a fun-loving disposition and a can-do attitude. Previous event agency or association experience is a definite advantage. Strong administration skills are a must.
The role supports our Guest Services Manager in expediting the delegate journey from conference registration, accommodation block management, through to managing the registration desk on site at the conference. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes.
- Understands, or is willing to be mentored in, the process associated with registering and supporting conference delegates
- Obsessed with attention to detail and accuracy
- Great organisational, time management and admin skills
- A people person
- Loads of initiative
- Enthusiastic to deliver quality results
- Not afraid to recommend new procedures and efficiency offerings
- EventsAir experience, highly desirable
