This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Guest Services.A few of your responsibilitiesMonitor the daily operations of The Star Brisbane carparkOversee and lead the Guest Services teamEnsuring the accuracy of the car park occupancy figures are correctReview and develop policies and procedures for the Guest Services teamHandle and resolve guest service enquiresWhat we will be looking forPrevious supervisory experience in a hotel or customer service rolePrior experience with hotel management software/systemsValid driver's licenseAbility to work in a team environmentAbout youThe successful candidate will have previous experience leading a team and be comfortable using relevant hotel software/technology and instilling a premium service standard across the Guest Services team.You will bring with you a fresh and positive attitude, along with ensuring the execution of a safe and flawless delivery across your team.Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Guest Services team at The Star Brisbane.
