They take pride in delivering high-quality service to clients worldwide.About The Role:We are currently seeking a passionate Guest Services Coordinator to join the stunning and vibrant Melbourne office. This role is perfect for customer orientated professionals with Barista training who are eager to excel in a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable service to clients and stakeholders
• Deliver barista-quality coffee and refreshments (commercial coffee machine on-site)
• Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms for clients
• Event coordination
• Assisting with catering requirements and collaborating with other reception staff as needed

About You:The role would suit someone coming from a customer orientated environment (Hotel Concierge, Flight Attendant, Super Yachts etc). You will be Barista trained with polished presentation and the confidence to engage with senior professionals in a corporate setting. Your exceptional communication skills and commitment to outstanding customer service will align seamlessly with this position.Key Skills Needed:
