We are seeking an energetic and highly enthusiastic Gym Floor Attendant to supervise the Gym Floor. The role will also include ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users across the UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre.

Reporting to the Health & Lifestyle Manager, we are looking for a qualified and passionate Gym Floor Attendant to deliver exceptional service and help our members achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Interaction with members, educating on how to use equipment, answering questions, assisting with spotting, etc
- Ensure the fitness and gym areas remain clean and organised
- Supervise gym area and ensure it is safe at all times
- Venue/facility tours and membership sales
- Operational duties as and when required

About you
You will have:
- Relevant qualifications - Cert III or IV in Fitness
- Proven customer service and membership experience
- A vibrant and energetic personal energy
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
- Relevant industry qualifications based upon the role
- Current National Police check, Working with Children check and First Aid qualifications
