Gym Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate woman to join the team at Fernwood Belconnen. As our Receptionist, you will be the face of the club and the first step in creating the perfect member experience for all our members and prospective members. You will be responsible for member retention activities, care calls and social events to help keep our members engaged, committed, and motivated to achieve their goals.

About you 

• You are a Woman who has at least 12-months proven experience with face-to-face customer service experience, preferably front of house.
• You are adaptable and have good problem solving skills
• You are outgoing with a genuine friendly disposition, and confident greeting new customers and answering phone calls
• You enjoy living a healthy and active lifestyle yourself.
• You have a hands-on, positive, can-do attitude and are a natural people person.

Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 12-months  experience with face-to-face customer service role
• Management experience desirable, but not required
• MUST have a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
