We are a student accommodation business located in Labrador, we are the caretakers of the accommodation for almost 200 domestic and international students. We maintain the accommodation and the grounds.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in general repairs
- open drivers licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- General maintenance tasks such as repairing leaking taps, installation of loose lay flooring, patching & painting
- Furniture building and dismantling
- Driving company ute to pickup supplies and dumping
- General groundkeeping including gardening, experience with pools would be a plus but not required
We typically operate 9-3 Monday to Friday however we are able to offer flexibilty with hours, estimate 30 hours per week work.
