About the role
Our client is looking for an experienced Handyman or Skilled Labourer who can handle hand and power tools, apply themselves to various building and construction tasks with a general knowledge of the industry.
Skills & experience in the following areas are preferable;
- carpentry
- general handyman
- general labouring
- understanding general mechanics of all facets of maintenance including plumbing electrical and tiling -
- caulking
- general patch and paint plaster- (ready for paint)
- ability to hang doors/ replace hardware
- ability to sheet small walls with plaster
- ability to diagnose issues
