An exciting permanent full-time opportunity is available to support the maintenance and improvement programs for Country Club’s 74 villa units, 2 restaurants, bar and conference facilities. As part of a team, you will ensure that the property is immaculately presented, providing a high quality experience for guests. You will have:
- Experience performing non-trade level maintenance of property, plant and equipment.
- Ability to complete building, tool, equipment, small engine and pool maintenance.
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Able to work independently, problem solve, make decisions and show initiative.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding position and work at heights.
- Available to work rostered shifts between Monday to Friday and rotational weekends.
This is a physically demanding position which will suit someone with the ability to operate tools, machinery, has a current driver’s licence and can work at heights. The successful candidate must also satisfy a fitness for work assessment.
