As a Retaining Wall Project Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of our hard landscaping projects, with a primary focus on retaining walls and fences. We're searching for proactive leaders who can independently manage projects and guide their team effectively.
Required Technical Skills:
- Expertise in constructing retaining walls
- Proficiency in fencing installation
- Skilled in concreting techniques
- Experience in turfing applications
- Knowledge of blockwork construction
- Competency in operating machinery
Required Behavioral Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience using job management software (preferred)
