Associate Buyers Agent - Be Mentored By The Best!

Are you a licensed and experienced real estate professional who loves helping buyers find their dream homes or investment properties? Our clients who are dominating Brisbane’s high-end property market are looking for a talented Associate buyer's agent to join their growing team!

As an Associate buyer's agent, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, and anyone in between. You'll be responsible for guiding them through the buying process, from identifying properties, networking with agents to negotiating offers, and everything in between.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Skilled communicator who can build rapport with clients and agents.
• Understand their needs and preferences and provide expert guidance throughout the buying process.
• You should have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, as well as experience with contract negotiation, property valuation, and other aspects of real estate transactions.
• Research, source, and select properties both on and off-market that meet the client’s criteria.
• Managing buyer’s expectations
• Inspecting and evaluating residential properties

Required experience and attributes:

• Must have a passion for real estate and investing
• Must demonstrate strong ethical practices and high professional standards.
• Saturday availability a must
• Strong written and verbal skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strive for excellence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Must have a current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Full driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle is required.

In addition, we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and be willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to our clients.
