You will be responsible for the management and coordination of hardware contract and software license renewals to provide continuity for critical ADF communications capability. A background in procurement within Government is essential for this opportunity.This is an onsite role located in Canberra and requires a minimum NV1 Security Clearance.About youResponsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Ongoing management and monitoring of hardware maintenance support arrangements and of application and software license support agreements.
• Maintenance of the hardware and software lifecycle management tracking database.
• Build constructive professional relationships with senior stakeholders outside your immediate work area, vendors and colleagues
• Utilize your proven background working with Tender evaluations, RFQ and register maintenance from Government.

Requirements:

• Minimum NV1 security clearance.
• Minimum 2 years similar experience within Federal Government ideal
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain complex ideas succinctly in plain context.
• A clear understanding of procurement regulation, associated legislation, requirements and experience in Government Procurement, Contracting and Financial Management.
• The ability to manage and respond to tasking in the time frames assigned.
• The ability to work quickly to achieve results as part of a dynamic, accountable team of subject matter experts
