About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Sales Consultant to work cohesively with our passionate team to exceed targets and provide an exceptional customer experience. We love what we do, and we want to share that passion with each person who walks through our door.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.
- Use ethical sales methods to optimise the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk in’s using appropriate methods.
- Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team and F&I team.
- Diligence in following up on all customer paperwork, with strong attention to detail.
- Consistently keeping up to date with product knowledge and new models and trends in the Motorcycle industry.
You will have:
- 2 years of previous experience in an Automotive sales role.
- Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet.
- Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Road to a Sale.
- Technical knowledge relating to motorcycles is preferred.
- Excellent Phone manner and communication skills.
- Experience and understanding of working to KPIs.
