Qualifications & experience
- Experienced in leadership and management
- Must be a role model and customer service superstar
- Current food safety supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain
- Fast food experience preferred
- Passion for fresh food
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise others
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Managing team of cooks, supervisors, and juniors
- Ensuring all store procedures are followed
- Ordering and stock control
- Rostering and timesheets
- Training and mentoring new staff
- Being an active team member on shift, preparing food and interacting with staff and customers
