We require up to 20 people to assist with Blue Fin Tuna Harvest in Port Lincoln SA area.
You will perform deck hand duties required to complete the operation in which the vessel is engaged in.
These duties will include
Berthing Vessel
Tuna processing Assistance
Loading and unloading the vessel
General cleaning
Position will commence in early August 2024 with various intakes through till Late June 2025
You will be employed at a level 1, under the Aquaculture Industry Award 2020.

Selection Criteria:
Good fitness level with very high endurance
Ability to acquire good speed at manual tasks
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to have a good eye for detail
Ability to work on weekends
Ability to last on Vessels in open water and not get sea sick
Willingness to work on a tuna harvest vessel, berthed at farm site on a day to day basis
Ability to follow instructions and apply processes quickly
Commitment to Employment or as required
Applicants from outside the Port Lincoln area must demonstrate a commitment to moving and living in the area for the period of Employment.
