The Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated, and safety-focused Night ShiftHC Driver for upcoming work with our valued client. Immediate start for the right candidate.
- 12 Hour shifts
- 6.00pm to 6.00am
- 3 to 4 days per week depending on freight requirements
- Could become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate
This position requires a competent driver/operator with the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision whilst outside the depot. A sound knowledge of freight handling and transport is essential.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong customer service focus.
- HC Licence
- Sound knowledge of computer systems.
- Well-developed focus on safety within a logistics environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Full knowledge of federal and state road regulations including load restraint and fatigue management.
- Physically fit and willing to do manual handling
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods code relating to transport.
