About the role:

Ron Finemore Transport Goulburn is looking for an experienced HC driver to run out of Sutton Forest. This run offers PM start times only. PM start times can vary due to change over with the AM driver. 

The change over point is at Sutton Forest where the driver will then go on to load at Aldi DC Prestons for delivery at South Coast stores, with a stop at the Goulburn yard along the way.

Your key responsibilities: 

• Strong understanding and commitment to safety
• Liaising with customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Understanding of load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines
• Completion of all paperwork on time and in full
• Driving in a time-sensitive environment
• Refueling and maintaining cleanliness of allocated equipment
• Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues or delays
• Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions

Skills and Experience required: 

• HC licence minimum (experience is essential)
• Minimum of 12 months good driving record
• Attention to detail and focus on customer service
• Pride in the safe operation and presentation of equipment
• All applicants must be able to work to a roster which may include some weekend work
• Ability to work within an established Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) system
