The Role & Project
MACA Interquip is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to commence a 8:6 FIFO roster working on a remote WA resources project.
The Mechanical Engineer is to provide technical support and guidance to the Project Team whilst gaining knowledge and experience in all aspects of the MACA Interquip operations and learn the MACA's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Project Engineer; Project Manager and Construction Manager
- Assist the Project Manager with scheduling and planning site activities in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the Project Manager in managing project budget.
- Effectively review sub-contractor service agreements and ensure the conditions are being met.
- Monitoring work for compliance to applicable specifications and codes.
- Covering all areas of project management including Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management
