AddressModern Indian restaurant located in Sydney CBD is looking for an experienced and motivated chef to lead our team. We are looking for a driven and dynamic Head Chef with minimum 5 year experience in Indian cuisine in a similar role in reputed restaurant. Expertise across all sections of kitchen is required including tandoor and curry sections.
Must be competent in handling all affairs of kitchen operations including ordering, rostering, menu and recipe development. Training of staff will be a vital consideration. We are looking for a leader to take our exciting team forward
Annual salary package negotiable depending on experience
