We are looking for a passionate, professional Head Chef who is reliable, dedicated and well organised and can lead a team, and drive its future growth and success.
Hotel Seven Hills has recently undergone an extensive renovation, including a new family friendly bistro.
We are a Hotel Group that owns several well known, large turnover venues operating across Greater Sydney.
We pride ourselves on a group culture that is supportive of staff and operating quality venues that offer a warm, safe, and friendly environment to all our patrons.
This position will report directly to the Hotel Licensee and Owner.
As the Head Chef you will be responsible for:
- menu development
- maintaining a high level of food quality and control
- food costing
- stock ordering
- recruiting, training and motivating your team
- maintaining a roster for the bistro operations.
The successful applicant will possess:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in hotels, bistros or restaurants as a Head Chef or senior sous chef.
- You must have the ability to multi task, be "hands on", excellent time management skills and importantly work collaboratively with your team.

You will be expected to work flexible hours with some weekends. Salary will be based on experience; the role will be well paid for the right candidate.
