Cinematic Mastery: We're seeking a seasoned Head Cinematographer who will help lead our visual storytelling experience. A visionary who can elevate our projects to new heights through a deep understanding of cinematic techniques, lighting dynamics, and visual aesthetics and a talent for leading, training and developing a team of like-minded individuals.
What the role is all about
We are experts in our field and are known for delivering content that pushes boundaries and raises standards. As the Head Cinematographer, you'll play a key role in the creative direction, collaborating closely with the production and post-production teams and other key stakeholders to ensure that each frame captures the essence of our narrative vision.
You’ll report to the Operations Manager and join an existing creative shooters and editors team to produce high-quality, stand-out imagery across various genres, including property, architecture, corporate films, and events.
You will be responsible for following detailed briefs and executing to client expectations, as well as creating spectacular footage from minimal information. This role will provide endless opportunities to bring your creative flair and new ideas to create engaging content that pushes excellence to a new level.
Your track record of delivering stunning visuals and your ability to mentor and inspire a team of freelance videographers will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our projects.

● Have extensive experience in cinematography- you’re as comfortable with a complex three-camera studio lighting setup as you are with a single camera and a gimbal.
● Be responsible for our field team's ongoing recruitment, training, assessment and development, including monthly reporting on team performance.
● Take responsibility for interpreting briefs and shooting bespoke video content that reflects your technical and creative ability.
● Be organised and think fast under pressure, remaining unflustered, juggling multiple projects.
● Be supportive, bold, and confident when making quick decisions. Push the envelope on new concepts to take a client brief to the next level.
● Show initiative and passion for quality and innovation whilst staying true to the necessities of a consistent end-to-end video.
● Communicate with clarity through authentic collaboration with our clients and internal and offshore teams to deliver solutions that adhere to deadlines and schedules and push boundaries.
● Maintain video equipment and equipment storage.
