Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. The College is seeking to appoint a Head Coach, Basketball. This is a permanent part time position starting 15 April 2024 (Term 2). The primary function of a Head Coach is that of providing highly professional leadership and development of the strategic plan for the particular sport within the boundaries described by our College's Statement of Purpose and Values.
The Head Coach is responsible for the recruitment and coordination of coaches in conjunction with the Head of Coaching and Campus Sport Manager. The Head Coach is expected to establish strategic plans for the implementation of the major responsibilities and accountabilities as listed in the position description.
The College is seeking an experienced coach to provide specialist coaching services and development activities to improve and develop the Wesley College Basketball Program.
