As a result of internal movement and promotion, our Head Concierge role have become available.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Concierge Manager, Duty Manager or Property Manager who will lead and supervise the daily operations of the Front of House and Concierge team. Our Concierge team is responsible to create a culture that fosters conversations, enables encounters and encourages exceptional people to achieve exceptional success. Most of the time, it is the informal interaction with each other that leads to new contacts and chains of thoughts that we want our tenants to benefit from – personally and professionally. Therefore, we expect every team member of Concierge to be a role-model in terms of continuously promoting authentic encounters.
About the Building
Located at 477 Collins St, Melbourne was completed in 2020 and is the largest premium grade building to be built in the city for 25 years. The 40 floor, 58,000 square metre building uniquely integrates a modern commercial tower with one of Melbourne’s most important pieces of heritage architecture, the Olderfleet buildings.
Raising the bar for contemporary workplaces in Australia, the development includes smart technology, leading sustainability and luxury end-of-trip amenities. A sophisticated cocktail bar, business lounge, several dining options and in-house concierge make Olderfleet a prestigious work address.
Ideal candidate
A leader with genuine passion for hospitality and customer service. You will understand that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
You will bring the following skills and experience;
Minimum of 2 (two) year previous experience in Concierge, Front of House operations or similar role preferred, prior management experience is an advantage
Exceptional people and communication skills
The ability to lead by example, train and motivate a team
Bring fresh ideas and an innovative approach
Have an encouraging leadership style
Have a strong customer service focus
Have great oral and written communication skills
Display energy, enthusiasm and drive

Hours: Full time, 38 hrs per week, Monday - Friday, Reception Operating Hours from 7:00am to 7:00pm
