Lead curriculum initiatives, build partnerships, and shape student learning outcomesFull time, fixed term parental leave contract until May 2025Offering a competitive remuneration package (SPS A) including 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityThe Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC) Education at the University of Sydney leads initiatives to enhance teaching practices, curriculum development, and student learning experiences university wide. They are seeking an enthusiastic Head, Curriculum and Quality to cover a parental leave contract.As the interim Head, Curriculum and Quality, you will provide strategic leadership to enhance curriculum management, information, governance and Quality across the University of Sydney. You'll manage a dedicated team of curriculum advisors, and foster collaborative relationships to achieve our educational objectives.Reporting to the Associate Director (Education), your key responsibilities will be to:lead development and delivery of strategic projects and a wide range of business-as-usual curriculum functions, ensuring their responsible and efficient executioneffectively manage and coordinate a broad team, aligning resources with activities and maintaining a standard of excellenceprovide high-level support and advice to senior-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and principlesbuild and manage constructive working relationships with faculties and professional service unitsrepresent the portfolio or the university at relevant board committees and working groups as required.About youAre you ready to lead transformative curriculum initiatives and drive quality assurance?
