Evolution Hospitality Institute (Evolution-Systems for Training & Development Pty Ltd) is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Head of Academics/Faculty Head to join their team.
Skills, Duties, And Responsibilities
Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate educational policy, and provide advice and educational and administrative support to staff and students in educational institutions. Coordinating the educational, administrative and financial affairs of an academic department Researching, developing, implementing, reviewing and evaluating educational and administrative policy Developing and implementing effective curriculum and teaching strategies to enhance students skills Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives. Providing advice on policy and procedures to staff and students Consulting with academic and administrative staff to coordinate educational programs Identifying and addressing present and future needs for student and staff development Researching and reporting on students' needs arising from curriculum implementation Developing and delivering training programs for teachers
To be considered for the position you must possess the following:
Minimum Relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent. 3 year of experience in similar role Proven ability to lead and support teams to create exciting and vibrant learning environments. Have excelled in leadership roles, particularly as an exceptional Mathematics educator in a secondary setting. Possess strong skills in student and staff management, as well as collaborative team leadership. Bring an innovative and forward-thinking approach to education.
