Our client is a successful and growing NDIS Disability Services organisation who pride themselves on delivering the highest quality personalised care for their participants. Operating 35+ accommodation facilities and numerous community programs across Melbourne's South East and Eastern suburbs, they are seeking an experienced & passionate leader to manage their growing portfolio of support services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide hands on operational leadership and oversight for a portfolio of disability accommodation (SIL & SDA) and community support programs
- Lead the team in providing the highest quality, personal care for residents and participants
- Provide support and learning and development initiatives for a team of Area Managers, House Managers and the community work force
- Ensure delivery of services are in accordance with service plans, contracts and strategic direction of the business
- Liaise and build rapport with clients, stakeholders and clinical providers
Key attributes:
- 5 years + experience working in an NDIS organisation
- 8 years + experience in management roles
- Thorough understanding of the NDIS and complex clinical needs
- Strong people leadership, rapport building and interpersonal skills
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Intermediate software skills on MS Office and CRM systems
