We are hunting for a visionary Head of Architecture who will lead our scaling design studio into unknown and exciting territory. This pivotal role is destined for a dynamic leader whose expertise and creativity will propel our studio to a new level. As the spearHead of our ambitious expansion plans, you will be responsible for modular design that becomes the benchmark of innovation.
This role is your canvas to instigate change, drive growth, and lead a team toward groundbreaking achievements in modular construction.
Responsibilites:
- Spearhead the evolution of our design team, implementing processes and technologies to enhance productivity and output.
- Oversee the conceptualisation and execution of major projects, ensuring they are delivered with precision, on time, and within budget.
- Lead national projects in Multi-res, Hotels, Resorts, BTR , Aged Care + more
- Build strong collaboration across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.
- Harness the potential of advanced design tools such as AR, VR, AI, and drones to revolutionise our design capabilities.
- Conduct strategic meetings and collaborative sessions to ensure alignment and address any project challenges promptly.
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Registered Architect
- Registered Design Building Practitioner (preferable)
- Extensive leadership experience in design within the construction or architectural industry, with a proven track record of scaling operations.
- Exceptional project management abilities, demonstrated by past successes in managing complex design projects.
- Superior communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging with high-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in state-of-the-art architectural software and a commitment to leveraging technology in design.
- A strong commitment to sustainable and innovative construction practices.
- Expertise in resort or hospitality architecture, with a strong portfolio in modular construction.
- Proficiency in Revit or Archicad + Rendering Software.
- Think outside of the box at all times.
