About the role
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for enhancing the execution and outcomes of our enterprise strategy, with a focus on delivering business value and exceptional customer experiences. This will see you lead a team dedicated to bridging the gap between strategy and execution through expert design, assessment of options, and the development of operating models that amplify our strategic value.
This role is available as a permanent opportunity and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
Extensive experience in a Business Architecture/design role in a variety of complex situations.
Demonstrated experience in designing services, aligned to strategic outcomes.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with enterprise modelling.
Demonstrated ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions.
Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning frameworks and portfolio planning.
Excellent collaboration skills with proven experience in drawing together multiple parts of a business to deliver a cohesive outcome.
Exceptional communication skills, through curiosity and strong influencing techniques applicable at all levels of the organisation; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualisations.
Demonstrated ability to distil complex issues into succinct and easily understood language that convey key messages successfully at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated professional work ethic with a proven ability to take on new challenges and adapt to change.
We are looking for a visionary leader who combines thought leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in connecting strategy to execution and a deep understanding of Business Architecture principles.
