THE ROLE
Our client are looking for an experienced Property Manager to come on board. You definitely won't be bored in this role. it's fast-paced and you'll be surrounded by a lively, supportive team that will feel like family. You will be managing an existing clean portfolio.
The role will be on focus day to day property management, with an inspections/property assistant doing a lot of the out of office and time-consuming items.
DUTIES
- Daily Rental arrears reporting, and late tenant invoice payments as required
- Responding to emails and in person enquires in a friendly and professional manner
- Organising, following up and completing all maintenance requests and reports with the use of aided Computer Software, Maintenance Manager
- Assistance with routine Inspections in the office
- Database management, in regards to the departments KPI
- Inputting of Maintenance and owner invoices as required
- Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
- Previous experience with PropertyMe preferred but not essential
- Have a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Have the ability to handle difficult situations and think outside the box
- High attention to detail for processes and procedures
- Have a current real estate certificate of registration and Driver's license
- Must be an Australian Citizen Or Permanent Resident.
