At integratedliving our vision is to transform the delivery of aged and community health services in regional, rural, and remote Australia, reaching more people than ever before and achieving outstanding health & economic results that benefit individuals and their communities.

With a focus on driving stronger wellness and re-enablement outcomes for our clients, so that they can live well, for longer in their own home, the newly created Head of Client Wellness role will be a key leader in helping us achieve our vision.

Your Opportunity

With four direct reports and greater responsibility for a team of 80, you will lead integratedliving’s multi-disciplinary Allied Health services as well as our eight Wellness Centres and three Activity Centres across the Easten Seaboard.

With a footprint across regional, rural and remote Australia this is fantastic opportunity to make your mark and deliver on key items such as:

  • Establishing the delivery of multi-disciplinary clinics and/or services from our centres.
  • Implementing a service delivery strategy with the goal of maximizing our internal workforce for quality assurance and margin improvement.
  • Co-designing integratedliving’s service delivery model as aligned with aged care reforms and opportunities.
  • Ensuring our clients receive safe clinical care, so that they can live in community.
  • Delivering an innovative and sustainable service model that creates a signature client experience that is unique to integratedliving.

Working with a strong operational leadership team, this is a golden opportunity to co-design and influence the future direction of our Client Wellness function and lead your team to deliver our Client Wellness goals.

About You

Your qualifications and experience will include:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health discipline coupled with relevant Post Graduate Qualification (Business or HR).
  • Extensive leadership experience in aged care, allied health or similar human services sector. (Experience in a community setting is a bonus!).
  • Significant clinical practice experience in tertiary, primary healthcare or aged care setting with current unrestricted/unconditional AHPRA registration or equivalent registration for your field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational experience in a KPI focused environment, across multiple states and significant headcount.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the principles of primary health care, health technologies, collaborative and multi-disciplinary practice, as well as evidenced based care.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Well-developed IT skills across the MS Office suite, CRM software and experience in implementing digital literacy strategies to enhance user experience.
