The Opportunity

As the Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and resilience of our organization's technological infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Global Chief Information Officer (CI, you will lead a team responsible for managing and safeguarding our IT systems, networks, and data assets against potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive measures to enhance our security posture.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead incident response efforts in the event of security breaches or cyber attacks, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to minimize impact and ensure timely resolution.

About You 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in Cyber Security and infrastructure management, with a proven track record of leadership and success in a similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as network security, cloud computing, encryption technologies, and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desirable.
