Your role involves staying on top of industry trends and best practices, leveraging your knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Property Management division. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence while propelling the team towards new heights of achievement.
THE SALARY:
$100,000 - $115,000 + superannuation
THE ROLE:
- Oversee, guide, and develop a team of property managers.
- Oversee the functionality of systems used by the department and provide training where needed.
- Ensure personal and team KPI's are set are adhered to.
- Manage best practice to ensure the property management department is fully compliant.
- Innovate departmental systems and processes.
- Ensure all properties are compliant and adhere to the correct legislative standards.
- Be involved with recruitment and onboarding for new staff members.
- Manage a small VIP portfolio with 2-3 Assistant Property Managers
- A demonstrated track record in Property Management.
- Proven leadership skills.
- The ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, you will need to be an expert on all thing’s legislation!
- A professional demeanor, who can liaise with a range of clientele
