The newly created position of Head of Digital Experience offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience in both marketing and UX. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Client Services team and Website Development team to enhance our propriety website solution - Spark CMS. You will be responsible for the account management of our largest website clients, predominantly in the local government industry, and ensuring their digital platforms are optimised to provide the best user experience possible for their key stakeholders. You will also work closely with our Website Development team to develop and drive our digital roadmap - to ensure we're always developing our digital offering to meet market needs and leverage the latest industry advancements.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the ongoing account managementand project support of high-value CouncilConnect (local government) website clients.
- Oversee major website development projectlifecycle, from estimation/quoting through launch and ongoing maintenance.
- Work closely with the Director of Operationsand Operations Team to align major web project delivery with agreed-uponscopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Drive the development of the Spark CMSproduct development roadmap, in partnership with the Director of Technology.
- Conduct regular audits of current products,suggesting enhancements for the product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for improvement andpropose strategic enhancements for client satisfaction.
- Review competitor product offerings andindustry best practices, providing recommendations to enhance ourproduct/service portfolio.
- Stay informed about Local Governmentlegislative requirements,proposing developments to improve our product/service offerings.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects,ensuring client expectations are met throughout the project life cycle.
- Champion the CouncilConnect user groupthrough quarterly meetings. Includes scheduling meetings, setting agenda andprogressing meeting outcomes.
- Identifyand propose opportunities with new and existing clients to enhance theirdigital/user experience.
