The Role
You’ll be joining the team to lead the design and development of a highly innovative software platform and app, delivering a two-sided marketplace that features video-chat and AI.
You’ll have full say in how things are done and very quickly build a small team around you to help deliver on it. This is an opportunity to help build a new company from the ground up.
This is a very hands-on role and so day one will be understanding the challenges and the vision, from day two you’ll be designing and building the MVP.
You’ll chose the tech stack but it’s highly likely to incorporate the following:
- Cross-platform App Development in React Native
- Typescript
- NodeJS
- Postgres
- Software Design and modelling
You’ll also have the ability to build and grow a high performing team so experience as an Engineering Leader is important. As things develop, this role will grow into more of a CTO type role.
Creative thinking, hard work, and open, honest communication is vital for success in this role and the growth of the business.
