The Head of Engineering will play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction of the engineering department, fostering innovation, and driving significant transformation. This leadership position demands a proactive and strategic thinker who can not only envision future trends in structural utilities but also implement these visions to maintain and expand our client's market leadership.

- Represent and Lead: Represent the company in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership in the field of structural utilities.
- Expertise and Experience:
- A solid engineering and business leadership background where you have owned commercial outcomes.
- You’ve worked in an asset-heavy portfolio where you developed engineering into a competitive advantage.
- You understand that innovation, investment, and modernising engineering practices must be balanced with the commercial reality of heavy CAPEX investment, making ROI a key consideration.

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Civil, Structural, or Mechanical. At least 10 years of experience in engineering, including a minimum of 5 years in strategic leadership roles within the utilities or related industries.
