Requirements:

• Be a passionate Head of English Secondary educator that has been in previous Leadership roles
• Support the Christian Faith
• NESA and WWCC
• Able to personalise the student education to suit individuals
• Work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents/caregivers
• Be across emerging technologies and be able to introduce them to your peers and students to innovate learning
• Organised and motivational management skills to ensure that you lead and mentor your team, manage budgets, meet deadlines and communication effectively
