We’re now searching for a high-calibre Head of Financial Reporting to join the team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Full accountability to the CFO and Executive Sales and Operations for Financial Reporting and technical accounting areas such as reporting, tax and audit
• Collaborate with the iSelect leaders in the Planning and Performance of day-to-day and strategic activities
• Preparation of the budget and forecasts with respect to overheads, capital expenditure, support with gross profit and cash flow
• Leading and mentoring the financial accounting team
• Treasury and cashflow management
• Preparation of monthly financial, management reports and CFO board reporting
• Accountable for statutory reports and managing the audit process
• Finance approval of payroll, including periodic pays, accruals and exceptions
• Ensuring AASB compliance

CA/CPA qualified, you ideally will have commenced your career within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm and will have since gained experience within a commercial environment at the Finance Manager/Controller level. You will have an in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated commercial awareness.
You will possess exceptional communication skills as your ability to interact, engage and influence stakeholders across the business will be crucial to your success.
