The Company Our client is part of a complex, vast international Technology business network with their ANZ Head Office based in Sydney. They have very healthy margins and provide services that will always be in demand at are currently growing significantly. A recent addition to their existing offerings has seen growth in activity and as such created an opportunity for a Head of FP&A to join the business, reporting directly into the impressive CFO. The Role Reporting into the CFO directly and working intimately with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team, the responsibility of this position is to deliver Budgeting, Forecasting, Planning and Analysis for ANZ with 3-5-year visibility. The role will council and add value to the operations and commercial teams and influence them in driving the business forward whilst maintaining a strong relationship with the core finance function. The position is autonomous with a large degree of control. You will manage your own improvement projects, develop new processes, and mentor and develop staff around you. The position leads a small team with scope to grow this soon. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Your Profile The ideal candidate will come from a high achieving background with a CA Qualification. Experience within a fast-paced, complex Technology business, with advanced Excel skills, and 3, 5-year modelling experience at a regional level, will make you stand out for this role. Any staff management experience and current business partnering will also be beneficial. As is common in expanding firms, the workload may exceed that of the typical business, with the potential for international calls and some travel also anticipated.
