Head of ICT

Due to the significant expansion of ResourceCo, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly credentialed ICT professional to join the business as the Head of ICT. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation and delivery of ResourceCo Group’s ICT Strategic Plan and Roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of an updated ICT Strategic Plan and Roadmap for the Group.
• Drive the implementation and roll out of the ERP system.
• Research, investigate and then implement business improvements to support the Strategic Plan.
• Implement ICT strategies from statements of direction and follow them through to end user operations and training.
• Develop and maintain ICT policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain a service oriented, customer focussed ICT function that supports ongoing operations that drive efficiency, quality, customer service, and growth.
• Management and development of ICT employees, including appropriate delegation and monitoring of responsibilities, performance management, analysis and implementation of coaching and training requirements.
• Oversee, research, and investigate existing technology operations and expansion of current applications.
• Oversee the Groups Network administration, both hosted and on premises.
• Ensure that the Group’s information systems operate according to internal standards, external agency standards and legal requirements.

• Significant experience in a senior ICT leadership role, specialising in technology strategy, innovation and delivering project outcomes on time and on budget.
• Essential experience in the implementation and roll out of an ERP system.
• Experience and expertise pertaining to leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies. 
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in people management, with a successful history of building and leading high performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
