Position Overview
The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the security of our global IT and infrastructure, including cloud operations. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead a high-performing team of Network Support IT professionals and Helpdesk teams. Your role includes managing both security and infrastructure, ensuring efficient, highly available services that scale to meet business and customer needs. Additionally, the business is pursuing ISO27001 certification, therefore are seeking a candidate experienced in delivering ISO27001.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee security aspects for the global IT and infrastructure environment, including cloud operations;
- Lead a high-performing team of Network Support IT professionals and Helpdesk teams;
- Report directly to the CTO, ensuring alignment with organisational goals;
- Manage both security and managerial aspects of infrastructure.
- Provide efficient, highly available core services for internal and end-users;
- Ensure scalability to meet the business and customer needs;
- Continue on the journey for business to achieve ISO27001.
- Over 10 years of experience in information security, with 3+ years in senior management;
- Strong IT knowledge focused on infrastructure, networking, and security;
- Expertise in information security risk and compliance management.
- Proficient in security operations;
- Advanced understanding of evolving technologies in the IT industry;
- Relevant IT Degree or industry certifications.
