About the role 

This role will focus on managing IT products, whilst having a strategic outlook on the future of the IT operations, processes and systems. You will identify system and process opportunities and vulnerabilities, lead the IT function, and define the strategy over the next 5 years. Be the bridge between the needs of the local business, the customers, and global IT resources

Duties

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business owners, IT professionals, and external vendors and customers 
• Create project scope, goals and deliverables based on business requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, timelines and resource allocation
• Present opportunities to the business to which can further improve the customer and consumer experience 
• Define the IT strategy over the next 5 years  

Skills & experience

• Proven experience as an IT Manager, specifically in E-Commerce and Retail, with a strong understanding of D2C applications (POS, E-Commerce, Omni-Channel, CRM, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of Shopify & EDI
• Familiarity with SAP EWM and other warehouse management tools
• Strong background in business systems development and end to end implementations
