 About you

  • Previous experience leading Learning Enhancement in Primary and/or Secondary contexts;
  • Experienced teacher and leader with a track record of excellence in teaching and learning, with QCT Registration;
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to clearly disseminate information to all stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, AITSL standards, Disability Discrimination Act (1992) Disability Standards for Education (2005), Gifted and Talented Education principles, and English as an Additional Language approaches;
  • Possess a thorough understanding of EAP, NCCD and AARA processes;
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and direct a team, collaborate effectively and foster relationships across the College;
  • Additional qualifications and/or experience with diverse learner profiles, learning difficulties/disabilities, EAL/D and/or Gifted Education
