As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive results.

Position Overview:
As the Head of Marketing at Cosmetic Boss, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our clients' cosmetic businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as setting up and running effective email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with other companies, although the main focus will be on the cosmetic industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling visuals and content for campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members as the team grows.
- Report directly to the company's management team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in running successful paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong proficiency in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in the cosmetic industry or related fields is advantageous but not required.
