- Eligible for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Current Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
- Demonstrated recognition as a professional leader
- Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Completed Health Management and/or Leadership training or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
