    The Head of Partnerships and Operational Programs, a 12-month fixed-term role, holds a pivotal leadership position, closely collaborating with the Executive Manager Cabin Crew and the Cabin Crew leadership team, to steer the strategic direction of the Cabin Crew portfolio. This role is instrumental in the execution of the overarching growth strategy of the Crew and Customer Experience division, which is anchored on three fundamental pillars: Customer, Commercial, and Culture.

    Using a humanistic approach, you will play a leading role in engaging of our workforce, contributing with the Cabin Crew Leadership team to deliver our operational objectives, concentrating on elevating our Customer, Commercial, and Cultural foundations. You'll supervise critical initiatives for our extensive team of 6,000+ Cabin Crew to ensure seamless alignment and execution. Collaborating closely with departmental leaders and fostering robust partnerships with our union is imperative to fortify our strategy and build on our track record of successful collaboration. Your adeptness in navigating strategic relationships, particularly with unions, will be pivotal in nurturing cooperation, fostering innovation, and advocating for equitable representation of our workforce. Equipped with an intimate understanding of our Cabin Crew portfolio and strategic foresight, you'll address challenges and implement lasting solutions post-Covid, all while nurturing enduring relationships with our people and teams.

    You’ll have –

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in complex operational environments.
  • Exceptional proficiency in strategic development, financial management, communication, and project management capabilities.
  • Outstanding influencing skills, showcasing a proven ability to effectively engage individuals through proactive stakeholder management practices with our people, leaders, and unions.
  • Demonstrating an innovative, collaborative, and responsive approach characterized by adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in effectively leveraging influence to drive positive outcomes at a senior executive level.
