SalaryCatholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) invites visionary leaders to embark on a transformative journey as the Head of ProjectsManagement Office (PMO).
As the Head of PMO, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Project Management excellence, ensuring initiatives align with CEWA's strategic vision and delivering impactful outcomes for our schools and offices. This role will lead the ongoing evolution of our Project Management Office (PMO), streamlining project delivery, optimising frameworks, and tools, and fostering a dynamic team of PMO specialists. As a member of the Digital Technology Leadership Team, this role will drive operational excellence, advise on best practices, and contribute significantly to the success of CEWA's technology landscape.
What we can offer you
- Salary range for this position is M1 to M4 on the CEO salary scale ($189, 245 - $212, 190 per annum) plus superannuation.

About you?
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leading and managing complex projects in an educational or similar setting.
- Proven track record of establishing and implementing PMO frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Project Management tools and techniques.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to build, maintain positive relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Effective in managing expectations and resolving conflicts thin the project environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to convey complex project information in a clear and concise manner. Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing software testing, quality assurance, and test automation teams.
- Experience managing business analyst, change manager, and Project Management teams.
- Advanced degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
