Position Overview:
We are seeking an outstanding Head of Studio to lead our client's forward-thinking team. As a pivotal executive, you will steer the strategic direction of the studio and oversee the development and release of groundbreaking AAA GameFi titles. Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance for the studio, establishing clear objectives and priorities in line with the company's mission and objectives.
- Supervise the development and implementation of multiple AAA GameFi projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and teamwork within the studio, empowering team members to excel and realize their full potential.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as publishers, investors, and platform partners, fostering business growth and securing strategic partnerships.
- Lead recruitment endeavors to attract top talent to the studio, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment that values creativity, excellence, and collaboration.
- Previous experience working on a MAJOR MOBA title is crucial ****

- Strategic mindset with a focus on results, capable of making data-driven decisions and adapting to evolving market dynamics.
- Deep passion for gaming and a keen awareness of emerging trends, technologies, and platforms, particularly within the Web3 sphere.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
